- My full name is Mr Peach Impediment Pedovich. I am currently receiving a disability pension. My date of birth is 15 January 1970.
- I have used the Citizen Band Radio Service (CB Radio) since about 1982. I only use CB as a hobby.
- I first cam to know Mr X in about 2009. I really noticed this I was chatting on CB radio as part of my hobby.
- I have come to know Mr X because of his distinctive voice. He frequently calls people paedophiles or homosexuals. I know he lives at 123 Some Street, in Some Suburb, because Mr X regularly transmitted this information on the CB radio back in 2009. I have never been to Some Street.
- In the time that I have been using CB radio I have heard the man, who identified himself at various times as Mr X, say the following sort of things:
– He accuses several people, including me, of being paedophiles;
– He accuses several people, including me, of being homosexuals;
– He lists people’s names and addresses, including the address of my aunt (Debbie) and the business address of my Dad;
– He threatens to conduct home invasions and burn the kids; and
– He plays recordings of his other transmissions, including ones about UFO’s, history and music - In the last 6 months, I have ceased transmitting over the CB radio. This is because Mr X is annoying and threatening. He was also calling me names, including Pedovich, which I found offensive.
- I still use a scanner to listen to transmissions, including 30MHz cordless phones. I have continued to hear Mr X talk about me. In the last week he has called me Pedovich.
- Prior to giving up my hobby, I had exchanges with Mr X over the CB radio. In those exchanges, Mr X has called me a paedophile, and I have responded at times by calling him a paedophile. He has threatened to kill me, burn my house down, and burn my kids down, and I have retaliated back by calling him names.
- I have a current restraining order against Mr X, which was issued by the Magistrates Court of South Australia on 20 April 2013. At the same time, Mr X took a restraining order out on me. I have reported Mr X to the police on several occasions. Most recently, I reported Mr X to the police on several occasions on the basis of transmissions involving the continuous repeat transmissions of my aunt’s address, as well as posting defamatory comments on the internet and breaches of his restraining order. These reports were made in February and March 2013.
- I have reported Mr X to the ACMA over the last year and a half, the most recent occasion being at the start of 2013.
- I have heard Mr X playing continuous recordings over the CB radio. Sometimes they continue for a whole day or night. The subject of these recordings includes various types of music, history and UFO’s.
- Mr X comments have upset me over the years. I volunteer at my sons kindergarten, and Mr X’s transmissions on CB radio of me being a paedophile cause particular concern for my safety and reputation. The threats that Mr X has made over the years have made me fear for my safety, particularly because I am concerned that the names he calls me may incite someone to hurt me. Mr X’s behaviour has also meant that I have given up an enjoyable hobby of transmitting over CB radio.
- I am making this statement and have complained to the ACMA because I want him to cease transmitting on CB radio.
- I have made recordings of offensive transmissions by Mr X.
This statement consisting of four pages signed by me is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I know this statement is to be used for the purpose of a prosecution and that if it contains material that I know to be false and misleading, I will be guilty of an offence.

So anyway, what you are trying to tell me and everyone else, is you do not like what Mr X is doing? Then why the fuck are you doing the exact same thing you are complaining about?
Just remember Adrian Zecevich, You are the one that started playing recordings and giving out personnel information on the CB Radio about people. That is how you got to where you are today.
No one gave two shits about you. No one wanted to talk to you. You just started back stabbing people and started to give out names, addresses, telephone numbers, etc. for no reason what so ever.
People that are not even associated with CB radio. You are just a dumb fuck. When you cease. this website will cease. Simple as that.
You were told many times, over and over again. Each time you give out personnel information about anyone, we will do the same.
You were warned, and you still to this day continue.
